How to Install your eSIM
Follow these simple steps to get connected in minutes. Choose your device below for specific instructions.
1. Check Compatibility
Most iPhones released after 2018 and cellular iPad models (iPad Pro, Air, mini 2019+) support eSIM.
2. Scan QR Code
Open your camera or go to settings to scan the QR code we sent to your email.
- •Settings > Cellular (or Cellular Data) > Add eSIM > Use QR Code
3. Label your Plan
Label your new eSIM (e.g., 'Travel' or 'eSIMMarket') to distinguish it from your primary line.
4. Set Primary Line
Keep your home SIM for calls/SMS and use eSIMMarket for Cellular Data.
5. Enable Data Roaming
When you arrive, ensure 'Data Roaming' is turned ON for your travel eSIM in settings.
Enter Details Manually
If you cannot scan the QR code, you can enter the details manually in your settings:
