Refund Policy

At Global eSIM Marketplace, operated under the trade name Dofe Digital Ventures, we want you to have a seamless connectivity experience during your travels. We stand behind the quality of our eSIM services and understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Unused eSIMs: You have not scanned the QR code or installed the eSIM on your device, and you request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase date.
- Incompatible Devices: You mistakenly purchased an eSIM but your device does not support eSIM technology or is network locked, provided the eSIM has NOT been activated or installed.
- Network Failure: You arrived at your destination and the eSIM fails to connect to the supported networks due to a technical failure on our end, and troubleshooting with our support team was unsuccessful.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- The eSIM has been successfully installed and activated, and data has been consumed.
- You provided an incorrect email address during checkout and the eSIM was already fulfilled.
- You deleted the eSIM from your device after installation (eSIMs cannot be recovered or transferred once deleted).
- You are experiencing poor coverage in isolated or remote areas where the local carrier inherently lacks signal.
- Changing your mind after the eSIM has already been installed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@sanketdofe.com. Please include your:
- Order ID
- Email address used for the purchase
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If troubleshooting is required, we may ask for screenshots of your device settings.
4. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India.
5. Fees & Deductions
In certain cases, non-refundable transaction or payment processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks may be deducted from the refund amount. Global eSIM Marketplace does not control these third-party fees.
Any applicable deductions will be clearly communicated to you at the time your refund is approved.
